Does Melatonin do Anything at All?

Melatonin is often marketed as a gentle way to fall asleep, but does it actually do anything?

The hormone is naturally occurring in our brains already. It’s produced by the pineal glands and regulates the feelings of sleepiness and wakefulness.

There’s some mixed information out there. See what experts are saying you should do if you’re having trouble sleeping.

Dear all thank you for video! It is very interesting for me to know are there any researches of using melatonin in patients with severe illnesses for example Fatal familial insomnia? It will be interesting to hear your opinion. Best regards!
