This new tool is a handheld machine that operates all rising and non-rising stem valves from 6 in. to 60 in. The RS-II mounts right on the rising steam valve using a universal handwheel adapter. This allows for semi- and permanent mount applications. When the simple drive adaptor is installed, the valve key and socket turn the non-rising stem valves.

The versatility of the machine offers speed for opening and closing valves, which before required hundreds of turns and power valves for torque and slower rotations.

The RS-II comes in hydraulic, pneumatic or electric drive. It has forward and reverse operation with variable speed control. The LCD counter is built in, making it easy to view. To learn more about the RS-II, visit E.H. Wachs.
