Custom parts are fabricated in one run with the rotary press operated by Zatkoff Seals & Packings (Farmington Hills, Mich.). The machine supports several separate functions for faster turn-around and precision in realizing custom solutions as ensured by individual controls at each die station.

The equipment can perform multi-layer lamination, peel away liners, add adhesive and marry materials quickly and easily in one run. The press also removes all scrap and either drops or rolls it for easy disposal. It is capable of multiple in-line cuts and precision placement so that produced parts meet the demands of customers who rely on the strict requirements of robotic placement.

The rotary press can also cut smaller pieces from materials than before. Cutting from two directions at once affords flexibility in product design and production. Its use improves zoning of adhesives, plastics and other materials.
