Kara Water, an air-to-water technology firm, has introduced its new Kara Pod machine at CES 2025, held Tuesday, January 7, 2025, through Friday, January 10, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

According to its developers, the Kara Pod coffee brewer, which is a CES 2025 Honoree in Home Appliances, will brew coffee without needing to refill the water. Instead, Kara Water’s technology reportedly converts humidity from the air into drinking water. The company suggests that the technology can produce about a gallon of water in a day.

Similarly, the company previously won the 2023 CES Best Innovation Award for its Kara Pure water cooler, which combined an air purifier, dehumidifier, water filter and dispenser into one device.

The Kara Pod, which is expected to be available in March at a price of $299, is detailed in the accompanying video that appears courtesy of Kara Water.
