Carti 100 is built to handle the demands of factories and warehouses, supporting up to 220 lbs. This ensures automated efficiency and precision while reducing overtime, the researchers added. One feature is Carti 100’s multi-robot orchestration, enabling smooth collaboration across operations, thereby boosting productivity and cutting costs.

The Carti 100 is fully customizable, featuring adjustable shelves, smart conveyor belts and advanced lighting to meet diverse operational requirements. In shelf operations, it enhances productivity with rapid loading capabilities and autonomous deployment. Its adaptive navigation system optimizes routes, reduces errors, and seamlessly collaborates with staff for maximum efficiency. An autonomous charging system further minimizes downtime.

For conveyor operations, the Carti 100 ensures seamless transitions by aligning trays with the conveyor. Its integrated control system, such as the Autonomous Control System (ACS), streamlines loading and unloading processes, keeping production schedules on track.
