The ASME Class 600 series XH trunnion mounted ball valves are the latest addition to the X-series ball valve family from Neles. These valves are engineered to meet the latest product specifications and performance standards, ensuring compliance with ISO 15848 for fugitive emissions, to promote sustainable operation.

One of the standout features of the XH series is its modular design, which incorporates two large, low-friction trunnion bearings. This design allows for low operating torque and smooth control, making it ideal for high-pressure applications and environments with significant pressure differentials.

Safety is another critical design consideration for the XH series valves, which feature live-loaded construction, anti-blowout shafts and durable two-way tightness options that meet ISO 5208 Rate C or FCI 70.2 Class V standards. The valves also offer enhanced reliability with a double block and bleed feature, ensuring maximum safety during operation.

In addition, the XH series valves feature high cycle capability and full-bore design, to minimize flow resistance and maximize Cv per nominal size. With a standard temperature range of -50° C to 425° C (-58° F to 797° F) and various material options, these valves can be tailored to meet specific operational requirements. The valves are suitable for a wide range of applications, including chemical and petrochemical plants, oil and gas production, power generation and high-temperature services.
