FPT Industrial introduces the FPT-MPU-HTW series, a line of portable mini pumps designed specifically for hydraulic torque wrenches. These pumps are a breakthrough in portability and efficiency, crafted to support small and medium-sized torque wrenches in various industrial applications.

Weighing only 26.4 lbs, the FPT-MPU-HTW pumps are extremely light and compact, making them suitable for use in any environment. Their lightweight design facilitates easy transportation and maneuverability, enhancing operational flexibility. The pumps feature a robust single-phase electric motor (230 V to 50 Hz) with a power output of 0.55 kW, capable of delivering a maximum working pressure of 700 bar (10,152 psi), making them ideal for heavy-duty applications.

The FPT-MPU-HTW pumps are equipped with a radial piston pump and a double-stage system, ensuring efficient performance even under demanding conditions. A 2.1-liter (71 oz) resin tank provides ample hydraulic fluid capacity, while the robust metal cage with an ergonomic handle facilitates easy handling and transport.

Standard features include a pressure gauge and a valve handwheel pressure regulator, allowing precise control of the hydraulic pressure. The GR-1 quick coupling on the output ports ensures quick and secure connections. Additionally, the pumps come with a solenoid valve and a remote control with a 9.8 ft cable, giving operators full control over the advancement and return of the torque wrenches.
