Hutchinson Belt Drive Systems, a developer high-performance belt drive systems and mechanical products for the automotive, household electrical appliance and industrial sectors, will be exhibiting in Hannover Messe in Hannover, Germany, during April 17 to April 21, 2023.

Attendees will discover the new Hutchinson belt designed for industrial markets and particularly severeSource: Hutchinson Belt Drive Systems conditions of use. The Poly V Reloaded is a ribbed belt that benefits from the expertise of the Hutchinson Belt Drive System and is designed to transmit even more power thanks to its new polyester cord.

Available with a PL profile, this belt is particularly suitable for applications employing from 10 kw to 150 kw, such as oil pumps, industrial machines, centrifuges and wood chippers. Despite having the same width, the Poly V Reloaded can transmit up to 40% more power than a standard Poly V.

The company will also showcase the CONVEYDYN, a new elastic power transmission belt engineered to optimize power transmission and overall performance in curves and straight lines compared to O-rings. The CONVEYDYN can be fitted instead of O-rings without any change to a roller conveyor to deliver benefits such as higher torque transmission and conveyor speed, reduced power losses and longer service lifetime.

The Flexonic belt, the original elastic ribbed belt designed by Hutchinson in 2001, delivers higher power efficiency in a compact footprint compared with V belts. Installation and maintenance costs are also reduced for this belt system, which requires no re-tensioning during its service life.
