Eagle Stainless Tube & Fabrication Inc. has been supplying stainless steel tubing, nickel alloys and aluminum to the medical, aerospace, electronic and industrial industries since 1982.
Here is what you need to know when ordering stainless steel tubing
Which alloy? What temper or hardness? Welded or seamless? What specifications do you need to meet? What cross-sectional dimensions? How long? What surface finish? How straight? Do you need ovality, concentricity or eccentricity? How clean do you need it to be?
Eagle stocks both seamless and welded tubing for a variety of applications requiring strength, corrosion resistance and/or heat resistance. Typical end uses include mechanical applications, aerospace, heat exchangers, condensors and medical.
Tubing is generally ordered to an outside diameter (OD) and wall thickness. Although tubing has three dimensions (OD, ID and wall thickness) only tow may be specified with tolerances, the third is theoretical.
Eagle has had ISO quality management certifications in place since 1998. ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. These quality management certifications help create overall efficiency, improve delivery times, reduced audit frequency and more.
