SIGLENT’s SDS2000X PLUS series of digital storage oscilloscopes are available in bandwidths of 350 MHz, 200 MHz and 100 MHz with 16 digital channels of mixed signal analysis. These super phosphor oscilloscopes feature a 10.1-inch display with touch-screen control and have a maximum sample rate of 2 GSa/s, maximum record length of 200 Mpts/ch, and up to four analog channels.

These units have a built-in web server plus external connection for a mouse and keyboard. Waveform capture rates are up to 500,000 wfm/s and memory capacity is 200 Mpts/ch. An innovative digital trigger system provides high sensitivity and low jitter in multiple modes including serial bus triggering.

Waveforms may be recorded, stored and analyzed with Search and Navigate functions. There is also an extensive array of measurement and math capabilities including serial decoding, mask test, bode plot and power analysis. The 10-bit acquisition mode helps to satisfy applications that require more than standard 8-bit resolution.
