Kurt Hydraulics manufactures an array of high-pressure hydraulic hose products and has over 60 years of experience in the industry. According to Kurt Hydraulics, Kurt Tuff Hose outperforms their standard SAE/DIN pressure-graded products and is available with a working pressure of up to 6,530 PSI and burst pressures up to 26,120 PSI.
Kurt Tuff Hose is a line of braided high-pressure hydraulic hoses available with inside diameters from 0.25 in up to 1 in. Kurt tests their hose products through one million impulse cycles and claims that the Kurt Tuff high-pressure hydraulic hose is not only lighter weight and more compact than their standard SAE/DIN pressure-graded products, but that it is also more flexible and 10 times more wear-resistant.
Kurt Tuff high-pressure hydraulic hose is a proprietary braided hydraulic hose developed through their in-house development team. It is introduced as a truly unique, reliable and resilient high-pressure hydraulic hose that is unlike anything else on the market today.
Kurt Tuff has an operational temperature of -40° F to 212° F, a minimum bend radius down to 2 in and is available with STD, W or K2 series couplings. The new high-pressure hydraulic hose is compact and flexible enough for installation in tight spaces and offers improved durability. The product line offers a distinct advantage over Kurt’s standard SAE/DIN pressure-graded products.
